Job summary

Electrolux Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a dynamic Commercial Director for the Food Preservation category to lead end-to-end commercial strategy and drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align plans with portfolio vision and execution.

The role requires a strong background in category management, leadership of a high-performing team, and proven financial results within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Merchandising, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to deliver revenue and profit targets.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy for the Food Preservation category including pricing, promotions, and channel/customer assortments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Line, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure executable plans.
• Serve as a senior commercial contact for Sales Leadership and key accounts; support negotiations and commitments.
• Track key KPIs (revenue, share, profitability) and surface insights for leadership.
