Electrolux Home Products, Inc. seeks a dynamic Commercial Director for the Food Preservation category, reporting to the VP of Commercial NA. You will lead end-to-end strategy and drive profitable growth, bridging product visions with execution, in partnership with Sales and Finance.

You will manage a Merchandising leadership team, develop category plans, and influence pricing, promotions, and customer negotiations to protect margin and drive revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Merchandising, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to deliver revenue and profit targets.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial strategy for the Food Preservation category, including pricing, promotional planning, and channel/customer assortments.
• Support delivery of financial commitments through robust commercialization plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within the category through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Line, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align plans.
