Job summary

Integrity Property Services LLC is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of commercial properties throughout the day. You will provide professional service to tenants and property managers, ensuring clean, welcoming spaces and prompt response to needs.

Responsibilities include restroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, window and surface sanitation, restocking supplies, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial janitorial or day porter roles is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property to keep a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the site.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors.
• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, parking areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Notify supervisors when supplies are low or maintenance issues arise.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and managers.
• Complete daily inspections and tasks as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
