Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial statements, spreads, and ratios and assess industry and economic risks.
• Review credit issues with loan officers and obtain additional information as needed.
• Prepare credit memoranda summarizing lending opportunities, risks, and proposed loan structures.
• Describe how loan structures mitigate identified risks.
• Identify high-risk credit situations and take action to protect the Bank.
