Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
• Credit Qualifications as per portfolio requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis and calculations, assesses client creditworthiness, and prepares detailed credit summaries.
• Supports credit-granting decisions by making recommendations to manager.
• Supports the negotiation of loan terms and structuring of loans aligned with client needs and risk policies.
• Monitors portfolio performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develops proposals to capture new business and expand client relationships.
• Builds and maintains client relationships with Relationship Manager and partners.
• Structures and supports new, renewal, and extension loans.
