First National Bank (FNBO) invites you to join its Commercial Credit Analyst Intern program in Fort Collins. You will develop core credit analysis skills within FNBO's Credit group, participating in educational sessions, projects, and mentor-guided tasks.

You'll gain exposure to loan life cycle, interact with Operations, Relationship Management, and Loan Documentation, and contribute to department projects while completing a structured internship educational track.

Qualifications

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate pursuing the listed fields.
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental credit analysis tasks.
• Participate in internship program activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage with Operations, Relationship Management, and Loan Documentation to understand loan lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing loan presentation packets (credit memos) for new credit requests, renewals and annual reviews.
• Spread and analyze financial information for borrowers, related entities, and guarantors.
• Aid in ongoing monitoring of loan covenants to ensure compliance.
• Verify accuracy of financial information in credit systems.
• Complete a department-specific project.
