Job summary

Summit Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a Credit Analyst responsible for analyzing business loan requests and preparing credit presentations that adhere to lending policies. You will evaluate business and personal cash flows, financial statements, and collateral considerations to support lender decisions.

You will also establish monitoring reminders, assist with renewals and Treasury Management presentations, complete financial spreads, and keep ticklers updated for upcoming reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience at a financial institution.
• Solid understanding of financial statements including tax returns, income statements, balance sheets.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.

• Analyze business loan requests and prepare credit presentations for lender approval.

• Compare with industry trends and projections.
