Maybell Quantum is seeking a Commercial Counsel to own the contracts that move revenue, from NDA to signature, and to partner with sales, finance, and engineering across the business. You will also handle vendor and procurement contracting and support fundraising activities with executives and outside counsel.

Formación

• JD and active bar membership.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Direct support to a sales organization.
• Comfort negotiating on customer paper, including procurement forms.
• Ability to work at startup pace with limited support.
• Experience with hardware or complex product sales is a plus.
• Exposure to export controls, data protection, or government contracting is favorable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the NDA process end to end with quick turnaround times.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, quotes, terms, and SOWs.
• Partner with sales, finance, and engineering on deal structure and risk.
• Negotiate distributor, reseller, and channel agreements as Maybell expands internationally.
• Coordinate with finance on payment terms and revenue recognition.
• Lead vendor and procurement contracting and manage outside counsel as needed.
• Support fundraising transactions and corporate governance activities.
