Job summary

Maybell Quantum Industries seeks a Commercial Counsel to own the contracts that drive revenue. You will manage the NDA and commercial agreement lifecycle from draft to signature, and handle vendor/procurement contracting on the buy side.

This high-volume, high-judgment role partners with sales, finance, and engineering to close deals across the US, Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate is fast, commercially minded, and comfortable making calls with imperfect information.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience, including sales support.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating hundreds of NDAs and commercial agreements.
• Comfort negotiating on customer paper, including procurement and institutional forms.
• Ability to work at startup pace with limited support and to build process.
• Experience with hardware, capital equipment, or complex product sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the NDA process end to end: intake, review, negotiation, and execution with fast turnaround.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, quotes, order forms, terms, SOWs, and service/warranty agreements.
• Negotiate customer-supplied paperwork and procurement terms, including university/government forms.
• Support distributor, reseller, and channel partnerships as the company expands internationally.
• Partner with finance, operations, and engineering on terms, delivery, recognition, and risk.
