Qualifications

• JD degree and active California Bar membership are required.
• 3+ years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, partnerships).
• Preferred background includes in-house experience at a high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Provide risk-based guidance on commercial goals and risk thresholds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Compliance to resolve issues and build consensus.
• Develop and manage commercial templates, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Research and analyze relevant laws including FCRA.
