Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate direct material supplier contracts globally.
• Manage disputes and claims related to supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with Contract Management to align customer and supplier contracts.
• Advise executives on legal and regulatory issues affecting global supply chains.
• Develop contract templates and playbooks for sourcing teams.
• Provide training to Sourcing teams.
