Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school with 3–6 years of progressively responsible legal experience in commercial transactions.
• Active membership in good standing in a U.S. state bar.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for supply, trading, transportation, storage, and procurement.
• Advise business clients on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters arising from transactions.
• Provide contract management support and ensure documents reflect approved terms and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel as needed.
