Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• At least five years of commercial transactional experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements supporting supply and trading activities, including terms, trade confirmations, purchase/sale agreements, and logistics contracts.
• Advise on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters arising from proposed transactions and ongoing operations.
• Provide legal support for complex commercial transactions and day-to-day operations across North America.
