Summary
The Associate Commercial Counsel is an entry-level, in-house attorney position and will be the second in-house generalist attorney in the legal department, reporting directly to the company’s general counsel. This position will be an integral part of providing legal advice and support across the company's operations, with emphases on contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience in many areas of law, including specifically construction and commercial law. This is primarily an in-office position.
Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually
