Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team. The role focuses on supporting the Growth team by managing the full commercial legal lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating customer contracts, vendor agreements, and SaaS agreements.

The counsel will also provide guidance on AI and data governance, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and support corporate governance and M&A activities. Applicants must have a J.D.

Qualifications
