TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced technician to service commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment in the Savannah area. The role requires diagnosing and repairing complex systems, with on-call availability and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Cooking Equipment (combi ovens, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Willingness to work on-call and independently or with a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Passed background check requirements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment and related systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on-site
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
• Work both independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years’ experience in :
• Commercial Cooking Equipment (combi ovens, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc. )
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A bility to pass a background check
