DataAnnotation is seeking a contracts professional to test how models draft, review, and redline contracts across common commercial terms.

You will review AI outputs for inconsistencies in defined terms, cross-references, and one-sided obligations, and you will craft better clauses that hold up in disputes. This is an independent contractor, remote, with flexible hours and weekly payouts.

Give a model a contract to redline and it produces clean-looking edits that quietly leave an obligation with no trigger, a defined term used two different ways, and a cross-reference pointing at the wrong section. The one-sided indemnity survives untouched. Catching those is the whole job, and it takes a contracts professional like you.

• Write the better clause when the model falls short, precise enough to survive a dispute.
