This role collaborates with operations, finance, and risk management to ensure contracts are strategically structured, executed, and proactively managed to mitigate risk and support strong project outcomes. Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma required; CPA or JD asset is a plus.
• Experience in contract administration or commercial management in construction or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of contracts, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Experience with risk management, insurance, and contract securities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts per company policies.
• Contribute to bid and proposal reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, including issue resolution and deviations.
• Manage insurance, bonding, and performance securities to meet requirements.
• Lead claims management to reduce exposure and maximize recovery.
• Provide guidance on insurance and risk considerations.
