Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• CPA, JD asset considered.
• 5+ years in contract administration, commercial management, or project accounting in construction.
• Experience with risk management, insurance, and legal considerations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts in alignment with company policies and preferred positions.
• Contribute to bid and proposal reviews to understand and manage risks and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, including resolution of issues, disputes, and deviations.
• Manage insurance, bonding, and performance securities to meet requirements.
• Lead claims management to reduce exposure and maximize recovery.
