Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with active license in at least one jurisdiction.
• Proven expertise drafting and negotiating supplier and technology contracts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage contracts, IT and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across departments to streamline procurement processes.
• Ensure contract intake is complete, accurate, and business-ready.
• Support SLAs, training, and practical legal guidance.
• Develop supplier contracting policies and compliance practices.
• Monitor legal developments and advise on updates.
• Maintain firm-wide supplier contract templates.
• Contribute to contracting training and knowledge sharing.
