Traveling Superintendent Opportunity

Travel Superintendent Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment, and resources
2. Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff
3. Enforce project safety and security protocols
4. Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments, and ensure timely payment requisitions

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel for extended periods
• Proven work history with a General Contractor
• Experience with ground-up construction or large renovations is a plus
• Experience with commercial building projects is advantageous
• Proficiency in safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills
