Job summary

Triton Construction Group in the Southeast United States is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate all trades for restaurant, retail, and convenience store new construction projects across the state.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in commercial settings, excellent scheduling skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a proven commitment to OSHA standards and on‑site safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience with retail, gas, or restaurant construction is preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA standards knowledge and site safety leadership.
• Strong scheduling and communication skills.
• Willingness to statewide travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction trades for restaurant, retail and convenience store new construction.
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Represent the company during building/trade inspections and coordinate with the retail operations team.
• Ensure high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules and safety requirements.
