Whether you're an experienced superintendent or have construction experience and are eager to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

· Communicate progress and issues with project managers

· Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

· Construction experience (superintendent experience but not required)

· A willingness to learn and grow into the superintendent role if not already experienced

· Valid driver’s license and reliable personal truck

· Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
