Join our reputable general contracting team as a Superintendent in Georgetown, D.C. This role involves overseeing historic preservation, rehabilitation, and new construction projects across various sectors such as retail, residential, and institutional settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and trades to meet project milestones.
• Ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints.
• Using Procore and other management tools effectively.
• Contributing to historic preservation and renovation projects.

Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience with historic preservation, schools, parks, libraries, and community centers.
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Design-Build experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, and interpreting construction drawings.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with historical renovation and preservation.
• Familiarity with the Georgetown construction landscape.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range is $45.67 - $52.88/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, and PTO. This is a fully onsite position in Washington, D.C., with an application deadline of May 26, 2025.
