Job Description
Schedule Management: Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications
Documentation: Maintain daily reports, construction logs, and RFIs with strong written communication. Take daily progress photos. Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure trade alignment
Schedule Management: Provide updates to CPM scheduling consultants and assist in schedule tracking
Safety Compliance: Conduct toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safety practices
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control standards
Team Leadership: Professionally interact with clients, subcontractors, and union representatives

Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with public sector and healthcare project experience
Ability to read and understand complex contract documents and blueprints
Proficient in written correspondence and experienced in construction documentation
Familiarity with CPM schedules and Microsoft Excel
Background in masonry or carpentry is highly preferred
Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site enforcement
