Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience managing projects and renovations in healthcare, retail, and education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and subcontractor oversight.
• Proficiency with PROCORE and Viewpoint software.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CCM or PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, managing civil sitework, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Utilizing PROCORE and Viewpoint to manage projects effectively.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors according to the project plan.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety/quality compliance.
• Managing schedules, resources, budget, and deliverables.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Leading project meetings and providing regular status updates.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues or delays.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.
