Snelling Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day operations on commercial construction and movement/relocation projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors and crews, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to read construction plans and contracts, while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
• Experience with movement/relocation logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
