Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience with multifamily, senior living, student housing, or commercial projects preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management understanding.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Design-build experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges.
