Commercial Construction Project Manager - Ground-up

An excellent Commercial Construction company is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging and exciting projects. Commercial construction experience on large scale multi-million dollar projects is required.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial/Life Sciences/Higher Education construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
• Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors, and customers
• Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools, and equipment associated with projects.
• Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified individuals will have at least 5+ years of Commercial/Life Sciences or Higher Education construction experience.
• Salary is commensurate with years of experience.
