Infinity Building Services, Inc. is a Bowie, MD-based general contractor seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse projects, from restaurants to healthcare facilities.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and client relationships, coordinating with designers, engineers, and field teams to deliver high-quality work on time and safely. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on project control across a broad portfolio within the Washington DC metro area.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Procore construction management software experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from startup through project completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project planning meetings and communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, procurement activities, and budget performance.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project communications.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate progress, address challenges, and support field operations.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks early and develop solutions to minimize schedule or budget impacts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed.

Infinity Building Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Our projects include restaurants, retail spaces, hospitality facilities, medical offices, early learning centers, office environments, and commercial base-building construction.

We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage schedules, budgets, superintendents, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Compensation

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and field teams.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Proven success managing commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Procore construction management software.
• Proficiency with Office365 applications.
• Estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Experience managing restaurant, retail, hospitality, healthcare, early learning center, medical, office, and/or tenant improvement projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
