Tuff Wrap Installations of Harleysville, PA, is seeking a Project Manager Estimator based out of the Nashville, TN area. The selected individual will need to have a basic understanding of construction and will be trained on our processes and estimating protocols. The job requires frequent travel (3-4 days a week, away from home) and overnight stays to visit customers and ongoing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to understand basic blueprints and specifications
• Possess a Real ID or Passport
• Strong written and oral communication skills (Phone / Email / Text) along with professional presentation skills
• Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situations
• Must be team-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and various apps
• Pass a pre-employment background check

DUTIES:

• Estimate, compile bids, and generate proposals in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure timely completion
• Learn and understand OSHA safety standards
• Price individual projects to achieve sales goals
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, Regional Sales Manager, and Operations Department
• Handoff projects to the installation crew with a clear understanding of the scope
• Provide support during installation as needed
• Maintain communication with project contacts during installation and removal
