Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a top facilities management and energy industry client in Houston, TX. This onsite role supports major capital real estate construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site leadership to drive project execution and resource management on large-scale facility initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of related commercial/operations construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Experience reviewing drawings and managing change orders.
• Familiarity with RFP and bid package development.
• Knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
• Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project scheduling skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple facility-focused projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site leadership while driving project execution, managing resources, and navigating project challenges. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
