Project Manager – Municipal & Healthcare Construction
Location: Colorado (Front Range)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for building community spaces that matter — from schools and fire stations to rec centers and healthcare facilities. If you bring 5+ years of PM experience and have led successful projects in municipal and institutional construction, we want to hear from you.

You’ll Report To: Construction Manager
You’ll Lead: The full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, with ownership of budget, timeline, and team success.

What You’ll Do:

Preconstruction & Planning

• Collaborate with estimating and design teams to set the project up for success
• Lead permitting and procurement activities aligned with the project schedule

Safety & Risk Management

• Maintain a safety-first mindset on-site at all times
• Conduct regular jobsite audits and ensure compliance with OSHA, LEED, and municipal requirements

Quality Assurance

• Implement and maintain quality control plans from kickoff through the warranty phase
• Monitor defect prevention strategies and proactively address issues

Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage Project Engineers and field personnel
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Support team growth through coaching and feedback

Scheduling & Execution

• Maintain and update the master project schedule
• Ensure timely material procurement and subcontractor onboarding
• Adjust contract time and pricing based on change events

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience with schools, recreation centers, fire stations, healthcare, and municipal projects
• OSHA 30 certified (within last 3 years)
• LEED accreditation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
