Job summary

Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a tenant project from lease execution to tenant opening
• Daily communication and coordination with tenants, contractors, development, finance, leasing and operations
• Manage tenant design in collaboration with the development team and landlord's design criteria
• Coordinate and leads pre-construction meetings for assigned projects
• Conduct regular weekly site visits to review construction progress
• Make sure the work aligns with lease requirements, building codes and overall project expectations
