Job summary

Qualifications

• Create and manage project budget and owner reports
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and manage meetings
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications
• Manage project scheduling and ensure quality control and logistics
• Lead closeout activities and maintain client relationships
