Job summary

HITT Contracting in Santa Clara is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee Corporate Office Tenant Improvements and Commercial Interiors projects. You will lead multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining client relationships and ensuring financial and schedule performance.

This senior role requires 10+ years in commercial construction, deep TI experience, and the ability to work in occupied environments with high-end finishes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Strong Corporate Office Tenant Improvement experience required.
• Proven delivery of high-end commercial interiors and office buildouts.
• Experience managing multiple TI projects and teams simultaneously.
• Understanding of interior construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and accelerated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple Corporate Office TI and Commercial Interiors projects.
• Lead projects and teams through preconstruction, procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop strategy, staffing, procurement, logistics, and execution plans.
• Oversee fast-paced TI projects, including occupied environments, phased construction, accelerated schedules, and high-end finishes.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, owners, architects, brokers, and subcontractors.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a construction professional who brings deep TI experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to lead and develop multiple project teams.The Project Executive will provide oversight across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout while supporting the continued growth of HITT’s Corporate Interiors business in the Bay Area.Responsibilities• Provide executive oversight across multiple Corporate Office TI and Commercial Interiors projects• Lead projects and teams through preconstruction, procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop project strategy, staffing, procurement, logistics, and execution plans• Oversee fast-paced TI projects, including work in occupied environments, phased construction, accelerated schedules, and high-end finish packages• Review project financials, forecasting, change management, cost reports, and overall project health• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, owners, architects, brokers, consultants, and subcontractors• Participate in preconstruction, estimating, contract negotiations, client presentations, and project pursuits• Support business development and identify opportunities for repeat Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement work• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and emerging leaders• Support the continued growth of HITT's Santa Clara office and Corporate Interiors presence throughout the Bay AreaQualifications• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience• Strong Corporate Office Tenant Improvement experience required• Proven experience delivering high-end commercial interiors and office buildouts• Experience managing multiple TI projects and project teams simultaneously• Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, MEP coordination, high-end finishes, occupied renovations, and accelerated schedules• Experience at the Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership level• Strong knowledge of project financials, forecasting, contracts, scheduling, risk management, and project controls• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and generate repeat business• Experience within the Bay Area construction and Corporate Interiors market strongly preferred• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a track record of developing project teams• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have built their career around Corporate Office Tenant Improvements and high-end Commercial Interiors.
