Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator.
• GC Design/Build experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project development and client presentations.
• Assemble costs, prepare proposals, and manage bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, municipalities, and authorities.
• Manage project finance including cost dissection and margin projections.
• Oversee design disciplines, schedule, and shop drawing reviews.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on safety, quality, and schedule.
