Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial and federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client quality and safety standards, leveraging strong estimating and project-management expertise.

Federal construction and USACE experience are highly desirable. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and risk management across cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management with demonstrated success delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Proven estimating experience with the ability to prepare and review detailed cost estimates and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, scheduling and cost control.
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
  • Experience in Federal Construction and USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality control procedures; lead site safety meetings and enforce contractor safety programs.
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve construction issues and claims to minimize schedule and cost impacts.

Position Overview
