Job summary

Facade Today is seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborers to support our concrete division on a large-scale distribution center project in West Jefferson, OH. This role focuses on site tear down, clean up, and finishing on a fast-paced commercial jobsite.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, requiring a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Overtime opportunities and weekly pay are available, with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred
• Physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, outdoor work)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Assist with site take down
• Support site clean up
• Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining jobsite organization
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist skilled trades as needed
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of equipment
