Job summary

National Environmental Safety Company, Inc. is seeking an organized individual to assist with estimating and project coordination on commercial construction projects. You will review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, and help prepare cost estimates while supporting project managers through the lifecycle.

This in-office, full-time role offers opportunities to grow in commercial estimating and project management, with collaboration across subs and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of estimating, project coordination, or construction experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Eager to learn and grow within the commercial construction industry.
