Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years construction management experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Clean DMV background; no DUI in past 7 years.
• New-hire drug screening required.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Reliable transportation and flexible work hours; night/weekend shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with interior finishes preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors/in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys with Superintendents and Project Managers to plan.
• Ensure materials orders, equipment delivery, and inspections align with schedule.
• Maintain site safety and enforce company safety policies.
• Review and execute project plans and manufacturer data.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Manage overall project and 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Generate RFIs to clarify discrepancies.
• Support quality control programs on site.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings.
• Run on-site meetings with subcontractors to define scope and expectations.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades on-site.
• Keep job site organized with proper waste/environmental practices.
• Track progress, capture photos, report man-hours via phone app.
