Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping, serving the Tucson area for decades, is seeking motivated individuals to install landscape upgrades on residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on installing plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements.

The team emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork, with steady year‑round work and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Grading and landscape installation experience required.
• Operate a skid steer (bobcat) experience required.
• Able to use a transit (laser level) and identify plants.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
• Perform irrigation modifications or assist with install new irrigation systems.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Must be able to read blueprints
