Qualifications

• Experience in commercial projects and general contracting.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs and estimating software/digital tools.
• Experience with cost management and project budgeting, including bid analysis.
• Strong communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of means/methods, codes, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
