Job summary

gpac in Rapid City, SD is seeking an experienced estimator to interface with clients, study proposals, and develop accurate job estimates. You will identify project labor, materials, and time requirements, conduct site visits, review blueprints, and solicit subcontractor bids to ensure complete scope coverage.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or an equivalent combination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
• Conceptual, Schematic Design, and Design Development.
• Construction document budgets and estimates.
