Your Potential Role: Denark has an opening for a Commercial Estimator, who will prepare estimates for assigned projects under the supervision of the Chief Estimator.

Essential Duties:

1. Review and incorporate historical data into unit and man-hour estimates.
2. Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope and estimate contents.
3. Provide complete quantity takeoffs, manpower analysis, and equipment requirements for complex projects.
4. Maintain all working documents and data to substantiate estimates.
5. Prepare estimates by calculating complete scope of work takeoff.
6. Coordinate with owner, architects, engineers, and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.

Requirements:

• Four-year engineering or construction-related degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years estimating experience on similar facilities.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and computerized cost systems.
• Experience with Excel (advanced), Procore, Trackware, and OnScreen Takeoff.
