We're looking for an individual with strong communication skills and analytical abilities to accurately estimate the costs of commercial construction projects. Must be familiar with Blue Beam & Procore. Job specifics include reviewing plans and project scopes to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements, developing detailed estimates, material takeoffs, labor hours, and equipment rental costs. The candidate should also conduct market research to obtain current pricing for materials. Building relationships with clients and project managers is a key quality we value.

We are looking to start part-time with the potential to transition to full-time if it's the right fit.
