We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support commercial construction and disaster restoration projects. With a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence, we focus on every detail to ensure projects are executed right the first time—from restoration to rebuild.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed scopes, takeoffs, and proposals using industry-standard tools
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks with clients and the business development team
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and property management teams
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine clear scopes of work
• Source pricing and quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Represent the company professionally while building strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that support Mooring's growth
• Travel as needed to project locations across the U.S.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Degree in Construction Management, Business, or equivalent on-the-job experience
• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience in commercial construction estimating and project scope development
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
• Ability to travel nationally as project needs arise

Preferred:

• Familiarity with disaster restoration and insurance claim estimating
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Task-oriented, loyal, and proactive team player
