The Role You Will Play
- Working alongside the President, the Estimator will oversee tenant up-fit and service work projects, ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Background Profile
- 2-5+ years' experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related construction role
- High school diploma or GED(required)
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevantcertifications(e.g., OSHA 10/30, Certified Estimating Professional - CEP) are a plus
Compensation:
$75,000-$90,000 per year
