• 2-5+ years' experience in estimating or project coordination.
• Relevant certifications like OSHA 10/30, Certified Estimating Professional - CEP are a plus.

The Role You Will Play

• Working alongside the President, the Estimator will oversee tenant up-fit and service work projects, ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
