We’re looking for a skilled Construction Estimator with strong ground-up commercial project experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Charlotte-based team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specs, and site conditions
• Manage multiple estimates across sectors like healthcare, financial institution, and light industrial ($5-50 million per project)
• Develop bid packages, evaluate subcontractor/vendor proposals, and ensure scope completeness
• Lead efforts on Design-Bid-Build and negotiated projects
• Collaborate with teams and mentor junior Estimators
• Participate in industry associations

What You Bring

• 10+ years of Commercial Estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and blueprint reading
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits
