NOW HIRING a Commercial Concrete Supervisor to lead on-site teams and ensure quality and safety. Requirements include 10+ years in the concrete industry, ability to read blueprints, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience managing schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the concrete industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to implement and manage job site schedules and budgets.
• Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple crews on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
• Oversee job site schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and supervisors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
• ACI certification
• Experience directing and managing multiple crews
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, and construction management software
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong Working Knowledge Of:

• Material quantity calculations and ordering

• Construction equipment operation and oversight
